[ TESTIMONIALS ]"Based on my attendance in this training, the changes I plan to make include strengthening my mental health and stress management strategies, adjusting my fitness approach, and communicating more effectively with my team to better manage stress and workload."
"This training was excellent, the speakers were knowledgeable and relevant, and I believe this is a necessary course in the BLM’s future. I hope to see it offered for others, but regardless I will use this information to help rookies and my home unit. Thanks!"
"I’ve already recommended this training to peers who weren’t able to attend this year. There is real value in offering more of this kind of training. I understand the cost can be a consideration for some programs—especially when balancing tuition and travel expenses for other required fire trainings—but the investment is worthwhile."
